Includes a kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a laundry area and drying space. The bedroom and bathroom have no windows but are equipped with air extractors. The kitchen features a fridge, an induction cooktop (2 burners), a microwave, dishes, a capsule coffee machine, and a Smart TV. High-speed WiFi suitable for video calls and a washing machine are also available. Location: in the heart of the seaside village of Sferracavallo, about 350 m from the main square (known for restaurants and bakeries), and close to the Capo Gallo Reserve and Barcarello. All shops and services are within walking distance. Crystal-clear sea with rocks and pebbles, perfect for swimming. By car: Isola delle Femmine (5-7 min), Mondello (10 min), Falcone-Borsellino Airport (15-20 min), Palermo city center (20 min). Sferracavallo train station is about 700 m away (8-9 min walk). A tennis court is also within a 15-minute walking distance. Linens are included, with free changes on request for longer stays. Furniture is minimalist and functional. Air-conditioned, plus a portable fan available. Guest access: exclusive use of the apartment, independent ground-floor entrance. Free street parking or paid private parking nearby. HOUSE RULES Check-in in person with original ID, or self check-in via external lockbox by prior arrangement only. Guest registration required by current regulations. Ideal for 2 guests.
